Refund & Returns Policy

At MedoHome we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges for most products within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition, unless they are being returned due to a fault or damage.

Return & Exchange Process

To arrange a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by email at info@medohome.com or by phone at +44 7520 642572 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time).
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all components included.
  4. Ship the package to our returns address:

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange collection from your address.
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Processing times may vary, but refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days after we receive the return.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when requesting your RMA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Additional Notes

  • Returns are accepted only for deliveries within mainland UK.
  • Please notify us of any items damaged in transit within 7 days of delivery.
  • Business customers may have different return rights; please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
