At MedoHome we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges for most products within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition, unless they are being returned due to a fault or damage.
Return & Exchange Process
To arrange a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by email at info@medohome.com or by phone at +44 7520 642572 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time).
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all components included.
- Ship the package to our returns address:

Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange collection from your address.
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Processing times may vary, but refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days after we receive the return.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when requesting your RMA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Additional Notes
- Returns are accepted only for deliveries within mainland UK.
- Please notify us of any items damaged in transit within 7 days of delivery.
